Return Eligibility
- If you experience any quality-related issue, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a full refund of your payment.
- Refunds will be issued after verification of the quality concern.
Important Notes
- Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer will not qualify for return.
- MMD Fragrances reserves the right to inspect the item before approving the refund.
